Summer Tour 2026

Day 1

We left Marathon this Daymorning around 8 and arrived at my mom's house in Port St. Lucie around noon. My daughter came over with my grandson and youngest grandaughter for a few hours to see us. We sure do miss them when we are home in the Keys. My grandson is 5 and he told that next time I see him, he will know how to cast a spinning reel. Lol seems that fishing bug is genetic. I asked my granddaughter to pick out a sticker on my guitar case that she wanted and I would give her one. So she picked out the 28,000 days sticker because it was purple and pink. Typical 3 year old girl. So I went to the car and got her one out of the sticker box. When I returned to the house to give it to her, she already had one on her chest. I said where did you get that ? She said off your guitar case. Lol I guess you have to be specific with 3 year old. Its a joy to see them and heart ache to see them leave.

After that went to our other daughter's house and saw our oldest granddaughter. She is 10 and growing like a weed. She is so smart and witty. She soaped up her outdoor gymnastics mat and was using it as a slip and slide in the back yard. We got some Hibachi take out for dinner and watched Harry Potter with her.

Now we are heading to bed, cause we're old, to rest up for tomorrow's adventure and getting ready to head north to Chapmanboro Tennessee to see my old friend Ted for his birthday and play a show at his local Tiki Bar hangout. Stay tuned......
